Current Position(s) Available:
MEDITECH Financial Analyst
Permanent, Full-Time
Description:
Assume responsibility for financial systems software, user documentation of new policies/procedures as they relate to the Hospital Information System (HIS), continuing education for users in all departments and problem resolution. Will also support other Meditech and non-Meditech financial applications.
Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of the MEDITECH Payroll/Personnel (PP) application required
- Experience with a time and attendance system (e.g., API) preferred
- Must be able to support the Billing/Accounts Receivable application (emphasis on electronic claims)

Supervisor, Clinical Applications

Description:
Responsibilities include managing MEDITECH and other vendor clinical applications and in-house developed software systems; overseeing a team of 3-5 systems analysts; supporting hospital departments; maintaining relationships with software and hardware vendors; managing hardware upgrades; and researching and recommending new software/systems for MEDITECH and other vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline or Computer Science/Information Systems required, or equivalent work experience in healthcare systems management
- 5 - 8 years of recent Information Services experience supporting MEDITECH clinical applications
- Strong understanding of Healthcare operations experience required
- Supervisory experience required

Software Engineer
Permanent, Full-Time
Description:
Will assist with implementation and support of all technology software and applications. Will use development tools and methods for defining software requirements, and performing software design, software construction, software testing, and software maintenance tasks. Will partner with clinical and financial analysts to evaluate, implement, configure and support Information Technology software and applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering preferred
- 3-5 years of recent Information Technology experience in a health care setting
- Solid understanding and working knowledge of MEDITECH Magic or Client Server (specifically database file hierarchy), HL7 interfacing, and database indexing
- Understanding of Healthcare operations
